Service Description
Feedmark provides a platform that enables freelancers to share work with clients, collect feedback, and secure approvals. We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits. We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, the content you upload, and your use of the service. You agree not to use Feedmark for any illegal purpose, to violate others' rights, or to upload harmful content. You must ensure that any clients you invite have consented to receive communications from us.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
Feedmark and its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedmark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
