Feedmark takes the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your projects, client feedback, and account information. This page outlines our security practices and commitments.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption. We never store your password in plain text; credentials are hashed and salted using robust cryptographic methods.
Infrastructure
Feedmark runs on trusted, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundant systems and regular backups. Our hosting providers maintain strict physical and logical access controls. We monitor our systems continuously for anomalies and potential threats.
Access Controls
Access to your account is protected by secure authentication. We support strong password requirements and recommend enabling two-factor authentication when available. Access to our internal systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis and reviewed regularly.
Incident Response
We have processes in place to detect, respond to, and recover from security incidents. In the event of a breach that affects your data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.
Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to hello@feedmark.app. We appreciate efforts to help us improve and will respond promptly. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith.
